コロナよりも感染力が強い「笑顔」の話
ここ最近スケジュールがパンパンで、久しぶりに自分に余裕がなくなっていました。
例えば朝8時からzoomでミーティングで13時に終了、14時からサロンで仕事。
16時で終了し、子どもたちを連れてお買い物、郵便局へ荷物出し、17時から22時までzoomミーティング。
ほぼノンストップで、隙間を見つけては、洗濯干したり、食器を片づけたり。
やるべきことが山積みな時、気持ちも焦るし、つい言葉もトゲトゲしくなったり。
身近な家族に、イライラは向きがちです。
「何でおやつ食べた後、片づけないの？」
「ゴロゴロしてないで、少しは手伝ってよ」
一瞬ウっとダークな自分が顔を出します。
でも、このスケジュールを組んだのは、間違いなく自分で。家族のせいではないのです。
家が散らかっていても、しっかり掃除ができなくても、私はどんな自分でいたいのか？
『私はニコニコ笑顔でいる』
私が不機嫌でいたら、家族もきっと嫌な気分になると思います。
子どもたちからも、「何で怒ってるの？」と、嫌そうな顔をされます。
実は不機嫌も伝染するし、笑顔も伝染するんです。
だとしたら、どちらを伝染させたいですか？
私たちは、自分のためにも家族のためにも、笑顔でいる責任があると思います。
笑顔でいることで、自分が気分よくいられるのはもちろん、家族の笑顔も作ることができます。
忙しくても、元気に生きていることへ感謝し、自分と家族、そして縁ある人の笑顔を作る！
zoomの画面に映る自分の顔を見ながら、口角を上げる！
笑顔を意識的に作り出すことで、イライラの感情を手放し、穏やかな気持ちへと変化させます。
忙しい合間に、温かいお茶を飲んで、リラックスしたり。
好きなアロマの香りでリフレッシュしたり。
自分が笑顔になれる手段をいくつも持つこと。
どんなに忙しくても、作り笑顔をすることで5秒で笑顔になれます。
大切な家族とハグすることで、5秒で笑顔になれます。
自分が笑顔でいることは、自分だけがコントロールできることです。
笑顔でいることは、責任を果たす生き方でもあります。
ぜひ毎日自分を笑顔にしていきましょう。
そしてその先の、たくさんの笑顔溢れる人生を想像していきましょう。
赤ちゃんを抱っこすることも、私が笑顔になれる一つです。
あの柔らかさ、あの香り、たまりません！
