明けましておめでとうございます。
今年もどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
今年のお正月は、いかがでしたか？
私は、完全休養したのは2日のみ。
急なおっぱいの詰まりや痛みの方の対応、
事務作業など、なんだかんだと動いておりました。
岩手の実家にも帰らず、
主人も大晦日から仕事でいなかったので、
普段の平日と変わらなかったかなという印象です。
でも大好きな神社には初詣行きました！
そんな中でも、1日だけ家族4人で出かけ
ランチして、服を買ったりと、休日を楽しみました。
仕事も家事もしない完全休養日。
家族で一緒にワイワイ楽しむ。
「あ～、幸せだな。感謝だな」
心からそう思え、感謝にひたっていました。
例えるなら、感謝という極楽な温泉にひたっているような感覚です。
家族みんな元気で、
一緒にいられること。
自由に買い物できること。
ランチができること。
コロナという状況ではありますが、
感染対策をしながら、その中でできることに感謝する。
当たり前にできていることは、
実は当たり前ではなく、奇跡の連続であることに気づきます。
何気ない日々に感謝し、
「ありがたいな～」と感謝にひたれる時間を
ぜひ毎日作ってみてください。
きっと見える世界が変わり、
すでに幸せな世界にいることに気づきますよ。
